POSITION SUMMARY:
4P tools and software specialist assisting in the installation, support, training and adhoc analytics with regard to NPP's 4P toolkit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Delivers ad-hoc analytical support across the 4Ps, as requested.

-Primary business partner with both the Best Practices organization & CDG as the critical 4P tool technical applications resource.

-Ensures system compatability against all 4P licensed software as well as providing first level support for all shelving & assortment related software applications.

-Assists in the evolution of NPP's 4P toolkit by providing technical support, systems compatability, syndicated data support and validation, as well as tool templates/automation where identified.

-Ensures licensed software is the most up to date version in addition to troubleshooting, package bundling, and pilot program establishmen.

-Provides training against 4P tools with the CDM & Analytical communities where identified.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
BS/BA

EXPERIENCE:
* 3+ years in IT & Sales/Customer Analytics.

* 1+ years experience with 4P related tools and software, with special focus against shelving & assortment applications, with regard to support, application, reporting, and analysis.

* 1+ years experience integrating syndicated data against 4P tool applications and software.
