Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for an ITSM Administrator to join our client in Alexandria, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and implementation of Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 product suite
- ITSM Remedy 7.6.04 analytics and dashboard reporting.
Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Average of ten (10) years implementation and planning experience or equivalent certifications and/or experience.
- Contractor(s) qualifications include Certification as a Remedy Administrator, experience in the implementation of the Remedy 7.6.04 ITSM product suite, and integration with other COTS products as well as business process reengineering and process improvement experience.
- ITIL v.3 Foundation Certification.
- BMC Certified Administrator ITSM 7.6.x.
- Experience in Installation and implementation of BMC Remedy 7.6 in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 5 (RHEL5) server environments with Oracle 11g for the database and JBOSS/Tomcat for the BMC remedy Mid-Tier configuration.
- BMC Certified Professional and or Expert specific to 7.6.x.
Preferred Job Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
- HDI Certification in Customer Service is desired but not required.
