Yoh has a contract opportunity for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client in Rockville, Maryland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices for payment
- Matching, coding and entering vendor invoices
- Preparation of check runs
- Establish new vendor accounts
- Close monthly payables
- Respond to incoming calls from vendors inquiring about payment
- Make recommendations for process improvements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
- Good understanding of accounts payable processes
- Possess accounting and auditing experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good communication skills/customer service skills
Preferred Job Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
- Previous PeopleSoft experience preferred
