Program and Project Controls (PPC) Manager -Jeddah, KSA
Need
Parsons is seeking qualified Program and Project Controls (PPC) Manager Candidates for a large-scale construction management program for the City of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Parsons will coordinate and manage the construction projects and will provide complete construction management services to the Jeddah Municipality.

Requirements
- Master of Sciences in project mgt or construction management or civil eng from top 50 US/UK universities - PMP certified
- 18 Yrs of experiences out of which 10-8 Yrs with internationally renowned const mgt company & worked in US/UK/CAN & Aust in the area of estimating, cost control, schdeduling & planning for an eng/const company supporting transport, tunnels, roads, lighting, Municipal buildings, storm drainage network
- Should be skilled in cost/planning mgt on major capital projects with SR 100 above value. Strong understanding in risk mgt. Scheduling software P6, P3 (Primavera project planner "latest verion") MS project Planner, Primavera Sure Track, contracts manager & expedition.
- Proven leadership skills, possessing a collaborative mgt style and ability to work in multi-disciplined teams
