Need
Parsons is seeking a Project Manager with Waste Water with Waste Water Treatment Plant design experience for a large water/wastewater program.  The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering task order technical performance, directing all task phases from inception through completion, and providing oversight of task support personnel. Extensive collaboration between Parsons, client, and other consultants will be required. Responsibilities will include: planning, scope development, functional management, technical execution, and organizational development.  The Project Manager will also ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations, and will provide oversight and guidance to junior project staff. Parsons will assist the selected candidate with relocation to San Francisco, California.

Qualifications
 
  • 15 + years of municipal biological water/wastewater engineering and program management.
  • Proficiency in collection and treatment methods for a large city including planning and design level work.
  • Professional Engineer registration required.
  • 4-year Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
