Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) Analyst - Columbia, MD

This position will provide analytic support at the network and host levels to identify and analyze anomalies on various networks. This includes performing packet capture and analysis, reviewing operating systems data, executable file data, and metadata on various networks. After the discovery, will report on activities, and assist in the development and optimization of new tools to enhance analytic capabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
· Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in any of the following: computer network exploitation, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, incident response, and network host and/or forensics. (A technical degree may be applied as years of experience)
· Good written communication skills, and an ability to capture high level information in a written report
· Team player, and ability to work with various levels of management to accomplish tasks
Desired:
· BS degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related area
· Experience with forensic analysis of operating systems, and/or mobile devices
· Familiarity with COTS, GOTS or Open Source tools for Intrusion detection
· Experience performing packet capture and evaluation
· Experience with network mapping and discovery
· Hands on experience implementing IPv6 protocols
