Director, Creative Services The Director, Creative Services defines, leads and drives creative services initiatives for the Verizon Wireless ECommerce Group. This position leads teams that build and execute creative services for online, email and SEM marketing initiatives, sales, site merchandising and user experience. Drives creative launch campaigns by overseeing all phases of the creative process. Leverages corporate standards to deliver marketing and creative across the Verizon Wireless brand while maintaining and evolving the brand guidelines that govern all digitally-related creative elements. Manages a team of marketers, writers, designers and outside vendors. Not only ensures the department runs effectively, but creates an environment that inspires creativity and the best online and offline marketing campaigns, design and copy from their team. Works collaboratively across the Verizon family and among the teams to facilitate a productive relationship and flow of ideas. Effectively communicates ideas and responds quickly to business needs. Possesses energy, passion, and a desire to deliver innovative successful solutions for internal clients and consumers.
