As a Sr. T-SQL Developer, or Consultant, you’ll be focused on:
• Database developer with expertise in data modeling.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end enterprise reporting and transactional database systems for web sites and general reporting, including data structures, stored procedures, and error handling.
• Proficiency in loading and managing large datasets with SSIS, as well as tuning and optimizing complex queries.
• Handling the highly visible reporting and data analysis for WellPoint’s Senior Business Operations.
• Creating ad hoc reports utilizing T-SQL.
• Experience with dimensional databases and cube creation using SSAS.
• Assisting management with making decisions based on data
• Producing deliverables related to membership, trending, and analysis; compliance reports; and high priority objectives for Senior Executive management.
• Modeling of information sources and flows
• Conduct training on use of applications developed.
• Mentoring junior developers
