To provide a range of HR consultation, programs and support to help achieve our business and workplace goals. Collaborate with the HR team in formulating and implementing human resources policy and practices by driving change, driving the business partner role, developing and managing world-class processes and serving as an employee/business advocate. Perform statistical analyses; develop metrics and provide related advice and counsel to program managers and HR leadership. Provide cross matrix HR support to several programs within the business group, including support of continuous staffing and recruiting requirements for a highly technical and professional workforce. Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues, identify trends and implement solutions. Develop collaborative consulting relationship with managers and staff to provide guidance on a variety of initiatives (i.e. compensation, performance management, employee engagement, policy interpretation, organizational alignment, employee development). Implement surveys, where applicable, analyze data and communicate results to employees. Partner with HR teammates on implementing value added solutions to employees and management. Identify, develop and facilitate training and counseling to managers and staff on relevant business and HR topics.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus an additional 10 years of related experience
