Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Warner Robins, GA. The qualified applicant will lead the Maintenance and Facilitates team to support daily operations for the three facilities located in Warner Robins, GA. Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise the maintenance of buildings and equipment, which includes preventative maintenance and task assignments to staff. Supervise facility engineering projects on site. Provides direction to workers using established policies and procedures, review work for adequacy in meeting objectives. Analyze & interpret job requests, obtain materials, schedule workers, follow up on quality of work performed. Manage material inventory and purchasing for facilities work projects. Analyze and monitor job safety requirements, ensuring workers are provided with proper tools and devices for safety as well as complying with environmental, health and safety requirements. Manage external contractors performing work projects at the facility. Assist in design and engineering of projects performed at the site. Act as point of contact for contractors and subcontractors doing work at the facility. Assist in obtaining permits and licenses for construction, modifications, regulatory items and other activities at the facility. Is the prime interface to management on facilities issues and must be able to develop and interpret metrics for process improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent to include minimum 10 years of related experience Knowledge or hands on experience with building construction, building equipment, electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety requirements. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
