Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking an individual for IT Help Desk Technical Support.  Selected individual will have experience with staffing a IT help desk, assisting with installation or relocation of  IT workstations, servers, peripherals, and networks, creating new user accounts, clearing user passwords, and / or documenting IT trouble calls.  Individual must have experience with either Unix or Windows commands and utilities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance at the required level.
  • High school diploma and 3 years of full time IT experience.
  • Aptitude for computer science, and with general knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in one or more of the major areas of computer science (such as computer operations, system administration, computer security, database administration, help desk administration, or basic IT maintenance tasks). 
  • Individual shall be familiar with either, Unix or NT commands and utilities at the user level.
