Description

Serve as team member on the Department of Defense (DoD) Title III Support contract.  Incumbent will provide program support to the Oversight Director for Defense Production Act Title III Program who is responsible for implementation of the Title III Program and providing advice to DoD senior officials and DoD Services, industry groups and companies, who participate or desire to participate in the DPA Title III Program.  Must work with limited direction on complex assignments under direct supervision of the Title III Oversight Director and senior members of the contract team.  Essential functions include:  meeting coordination, document management, development of DPA Title III industrial base studies, and preparing coordination summary memoranda, briefing slides, and other decision-supporting documents.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:  

BS in Business Administration, technology project management or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in Federal government technology programs.  Applicants must have skill in writing to develop analyses, position papers and other reports.  Additional requirements are knowledge of the Department of Defense programming and budgeting process, professional work experience in the analysis and formulation of program process development options for defense technology maturation programs.  Must be able to travel to customer sites, manipulate computer keyboard, visually interact with computer screen and projected images, hear and assimilate group interviews.
Must be able to qualify for a government security clearance at the secret level.
