Why do I apply differently for some jobs than others?
Answer
When companies post jobs to HireDiversity.com, they can either use our method for Jobseekers to apply to the job, which lets the user type a cover letter, and automatically attach their resume, or they can choose to use their own website's online application.
Sometimes companies that have job searches and listings on their own sites would rather just have a link to their site. In this case, you will be clicking on an "Apply for this job" button which takes you to their site. Ultimately, there is no difference in applying for that job.
