I forgot my User ID and/or Password, how do I get them?
Answer
Go to our Lost Password page. You must provide one of the following, account username, the account's e-mail address or the resume ID, once you have provided the information you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Once you have received that e-mail follow the instructions. If you no longer have access to the e-mail account you signed up with, please call our Customer Support hotline, or just create a new resume.
