Among the top 10 fastest-growing professions in the latest forecast from the Bureau of Labor Statistics are those in the fields of internal auditing and decision and information sciences, which include computer systems analysts, management analysts and supply chain managers.

Sallie Mae, the nation's number one student loan provider, announced on April 6 that it will bring 2,000 outsourced jobs back into the United States, including those in information technology, call centers, and loan servicing. The organization's CEO of Sallie Mae told CNBC Monday that it was simply "the right thing to do," as the unemployment rate hits a new 25-year high.
